General Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern all offers, bookings, and agreements entered into between RNB Special Tours and the client upon confirmation of a reservation through our website.

1. Meeting Points for Transfers

  • Arrival Transfers: After baggage collection, our representative will be present in the arrivals hall holding a name board displaying the guest’s name.

  • Departure Transfers: Pick-up will be arranged from the main lobby of the hotel.

  • Other Locations: For alternative or customized meeting points, the driver will inform the guest in advance, or the guest may request a specific location.

2. Driver Gratuities
Tipping is not mandatory. Any gratuity offered to the driver is entirely at the guest’s discretion.

3. Booking Amendments
All modifications or changes to confirmed bookings must be communicated directly to our via email. Requests made to coordinators or drivers will not be accepted.

4. Waiting Time Policy
Unless stated otherwise:

  • International arrivals: 90 minutes

  • Domestic arrivals: 60 minutes

  • Hotel departures: 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time
    After the allotted waiting time, the vehicle will be released and the service considered completed.

5. Full-Day Service Usage (IMPORTANT)
Full-day rates are applicable only for services conducted within city limits. Any travel outside the city will incur additional charges based on distance.

6. Flight Delays
We proactively monitor flight schedules and adjust pick-up times in case of delays. For connecting flights, only the flight details mentioned on the service voucher will be monitored.

7. Changes to Pick-Up or Drop-Off Details (IMPORTANT)
Any change to pick-up or drop-off information must be updated immediately through a booking amendment.

8. Additional Transfers
Any extra transfers taken beyond the original booking will be charged accordingly and must be covered by the agent or client.

9. Driver Assistance
If you are unable to locate your driver, you must contact the emergency number listed on your voucher before making any alternative travel arrangements.

10. Infant & Child Seats
Guests traveling with infants or children are responsible for providing and installing the appropriate child safety seats. Failure to do so may result in service cancellation without refund.

11. Cancellation Policy

  • Airport transfers within city limits may be cancelled free of charge up to 3 hours prior to service time.

  • Cancellations made within 3 hours will be charged 100%.

  • Full-day services and intercity/international transfers require cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.

13. Driver Details (IMPORTANT)
Driver contact information will be shared 12 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
